I still do not have my bonuses from the BfB. I have submitted multiple tickets with a detailed description of the problem (left faction prior to bonus distribution).

I finally receive a response and they tell me that the problem should be fixed unless I left my faction prior to bonsus distribution. If I did then I need to send in another ticket. It took multiple weeks to respond to my initial tickets, we will see how long this takes to get addressed.

Anyone else having this problem?
