Yep, that sounds pretty accurate. I know why they closed the ticket but it just stuck me as funny that they use the "solved" status when a ticket is closed and not actually fixed. A while back I re-opened a ticket a few times because they weren't giving me a unit that I should have gotten and it got to the point where they would just close my new tickets without even responding. They did close them within a few hours though so at least I knew someone was there.
