Is there a guide that shows how much bp it takes to level up?

I may be wrong but I don't think its tied to BP, more the missions inc. (BP missions) hit renegade base level ex, etc etc. Cap this, build a titanium mine etc.
Research you complete, its stuff like that that levels you up.
