It is not unrealistic to expect support staff on such a product to be around 24/7. I understand that should not typically be the sole responsibility of one person but a team. Either way, if there is no team (which would be Gree's fault for under staffing) and only you Tadaaah and such a major error occurs which is causing thousands of customers real money, I would not rest until I had a solution out ease their minds so that maybe, just maybe you can salvage some of those customers. Making light of the situation is not a good idea. This is a serious deal involving peoples real money.
