In terms of events:
Raid bosses are cool, but mix it up a tad (the goal chain)
Epic bosses are also cool, but need a refresh (currently too easy)
LTBs are cool
I like the new LTQ format (the stafna LTQ)
I thought the LTQ where we had to go on a building hunt was cool, but realize it was hard if you couldn't find some buildings. Maybe some similar "hunting" LTQ though. Like rob X amount from a single hood, X different buildings from a single hood, perform X robberies in an hour, rob X buildings that are a certain size, win X amount of times in a row, maybe even LOSE X times in a row, then chain all that together somehow.
Case events seem to frustrate people the most as you could spend any amount of gold and still not complete, with your other events there is a tangible amount of gold spend required to win an item. Maybe some transparency on the odds or something? Maybe have them go up with the more opens you do?

Also: keep stickied the things you're working on, be it new content or big fixes, it will probably cut back on the redundant threads
