It's an obvious cheater, and "Im Jahova" is a little sh*t stain. Report to Support, and don't be surprised when Support sends you a ticket saying

If they do, send another ticket, or follow-up with the ticket to ask why you see the player still playing.

You can easily check their inventory, and post here what their high stat items are for conclusive proof that they are cheating. They likely have multiples of one-of-a-kind items or items impossible for that level (e.g. final LTQ prizes).
