I totally understand that as a company Gree is trying to make money (I work for a company too and I'd like them to keep making money so I can get paid). I just figured rather than have 35 people each make indiviual posts that say "Let me stack my armor crafting" or "fix guild war point awards" or the like it could save reading time to compile those into items that people could +1 if they want.
I understand that point, and frankly agree that we need the +1 option for suggestions, or ways to vote up posts. It is a task to read through all of them, and a good feature to implement.

In the same vein, those who just post the same thing over and over, and admit "I didn't read the other comments, but I'm going to post this anyway..." Well if you can't/don't take the time to read, why should they be required to read through 100s of responses, especially theirs?

I have little faith in people understanding a thread where they can vote, especially if it is any sort of "Official." People will misunderstand it and think that its something that will be coming, or that the highest vote getter is the winner or gets a certain amount of votes, it will be next. Call me a negative nancy, but I don't have enough faith in people to take it as a giant suggestion box that "we can vote on" without thinking it will actually happen in the future.

Basically, I'm preemptively saving myself from the threads titled "This was the highest ranking suggestion, why don't we have this yet?" threads.
