Hi newbies! Some helpful tips for you.
1) Build your IPH.
2) Only spend skill points on energy and stamina, attack and defense aren't worth anything with stat inflation now.
3) Don't camp! Camping is an old strategy. (imo)
4) Use itzkakarot's hood planner to help with your IPH. Make sure you read the Readme.
5) Don't spend gold on stuff like scratchers. The drop rate is horrible, and the prizes aren't that good anymore with stat inflation.
5.1) Unless you want to change your name to Alex to prevent people from robbing you on a regular basis. Basically, you will be using a needle-in-the-haystack maneuver.
6) Don't change your name unless you want to, or buy a lot of gold. If you are in a low-ranking syndicate, those 50 gold is worth two refills in the war!
7) Join a syndicate that can teach you the ropes
8) Free gold messages on your wall are UNTRUE.
9) Do NOT upgrade/buy defense buildings, the defense listed on them are not true.
10) Don't do regular missions/jobs, only do the LTQ/SLTQ because you get prizes from those, and/or prepping maps for the LTQ/SLTQ.
11) Don't join the GoTTi's
