New Person?
I was looking at a mission, (Protecting the brand) in packer heights and saw a never seen mission person. Hey had a ski mask on and was on a phone. I know this seems pointless but i would like to know if anyone else had seen him.

Nooooo, you know in the fighting goals there is the dude with the hood and the building goals have the really fat guy, well this mission had the ski mask guy and i cant post a screenshot cause i dont know how
