Well I think getting 2 level 10 lm is good and 2 lvl10 ice cream stands

Those are currently my 2 favorite buildings... I also like my gas stations and Italian restaurants right now...

The pawn shops are good when I cash them... but it's such a long turn around...

I'm looking forward (at low lvl) to getting the tshirt stands and the warehouses as well...

Some people hate the warehouse... but I've seen lots of high level successful players (in my friend list over lvl120) and they still have their 2x lvl 10 warehouses...

Italians better than ice cream shops. Warehouses (IMO, and most others) are total crap, lol. The HLP kept both lvl 10 warehouses b/c of the time invested in it. But the time invested could have been invested MORE wisely, understand? T-shirt stands are a win/win b/c of the tiny spots they fits in and also the income isn't shabby at all.

Pawn shops are decent but quickly become overlooked in upgrading things b/c they aren't worth it after awhile.Gas station (IMO) also aren't worth it at all. I sold my two lvl 3 gas stations b/c i would never upgrade them again and needed space for my Empires(:

yes, but, the exp earned is LESS than the respect earned. hence, you will gain MUCH more by the time you level up to 31(: get it?

The problem i have is i don't know which buildings i should get two off.

Get your 2nd Tshirt
Get your 2nd Tattoo
Get your 2nd Barber Shop

Delete those defense buildings you have except for the guns if you do not want to expand.

Take your pick and start upgrading. You should always always have an upgrade going. Just start buying

Yes, but you are also getting 1-2 EXP per hit, so slow level growth. I think ideally you hit LMs that are lvl 4+, just to avoid the 1exp:1rp returns.

I would argue against Tattoo only. House is a good income earning for low upgrade time invested.

LM level 7 gives optimal returns. It is always at least 1:2 and sometimes 1:3. LM level 8 usually gives 1:1 and sometimes 1:1.5 (2 xp, 3 respect).

edit: Also level 4 and 5 still have a chance of giving 1:1. I'll rob anything in the 5-7 range, but 7 are the best.

edit again: I just robbed a whole bunch of level 5 LMs and never got a 1:1 ratio. Maybe it's only level 4 that still has a chance of 1:1.

You can tell forum folks are all hunting LMs when you go to rival hoods and noticed all the houses/shoe-stores unrobbed, but LMs are all robbed.

Collection Agencies at level 3-5 can give you 2-3 xp and 5-6RP as well. My experience is that it equals the level 7 LM.

LOL I know I have 5 days of building upgrading to do it's boring but it has to be done. I only 1 more building to buy which my second MT it should be faster to get since first one took a whole day of money collection. I should be able my second one in half the time
