Warhead Event - Stresses and Successes

I decided this time around I would actually buy gold because I wanted the 65% time reduction in energy recovery. I had already gotten 7 nuclear warheads either through the free or money options. I just needed 3 more. So I bought $20 worth of gold. Enough for 16 box openings. I figured based on the rate I've been getting warheads so far, that's gotta be enough, and then some. I think on my 2nd try I managed to get one more nuclear warhead, but I'm down to my last try and I have gotten no more. I can't believe it. I feel like a sucker. They tease you with a prize and don't let you have it. I feel like I just got ripped off by a crooked street salesman. They trick you into giving more and more money for something you're never gonna get. Congrats, Funzio, for getting me to fork over $20. Now that I know what kind of company you are, I won't be back.

I'm stuck on 9 for more than 3 days, trying to get the last one in hour intervals although i should really be studying for ap exams which are on next week... I'm gonna be disappointed if I don't get the 10th

This has been the absolute worst event I have participated in so far. From the very beginning, the results have been sub par. For the first time, my first box did not open; I knew this was a bad omen. Secondly, I kept getting the same items over and over and over. Whatever I received when I used the medium option (expcept the war head), I would get the exact same thing when I reset the timer and opened with gold. This also happened repeatidly. I feel like I completely wasted my time and money on this one!!!!!

I've been using gold to open approx 8 per hour.
And needless to say still at nine.

I'm not sure I'll spend any more money on events if I do not get number 10.
I'm with WP: over 3000 gold added in the last two days. I'm down to about 1000.
But I'm in to deep to stop now!

Stuck on 9 since yesterday!!!! however, got a whole bunch of Heavy Artillery, Military Police trucks, valor and cash.
I want that Covert Jet Fighter and have only one box left with 5 hours and 47 minutes to go.
