Warhead Event - Stresses and Successes

Ok this is the worst event ever for me. Notice it is 1:30am my time and still awake, stupid me but want to try one last time before bed.

Finally, finally got the seventh. I really want the ninth and have written off getting the 10th, but wow it has been hard. Most of my cases are not opening and then gaining some cash, valor a few loot units and of course the glorious grunt.

On the bright side picked up 4 grunts. Ugh

Total: 8 WH in 69 attempts, all crowbar cash.

I'm still sitting on 11 boxes picked up 18 2 days ago doing a couple of Valor missions so that should last me until event ends.

Just got 9th! and 3 x 1.25m opening 20 boxes resetting timer.

Even worst for me i reset the timer for more then 20 attempt i still didn't even get one warhead. still stuck st 7th warhead. I think the should conduct for a fairness rate.

Right on schedule I obtained my 9th box last night right before bed around 11p EST. I expect heartbreak from here on out.
Also got a first strike ship (41/45) at the same time,nice gravy. Not sure why. I was half asleep but I couldve swore it said it was an indestructible unit. Could this be right?

Astonishingly Im still stuck on 9. Opening hourly with the middle option.The worst part of it all is that Im getting absolutely no decent consolation prizes. Little cash, no valor points...mostly just failures to open. I have a bunch of boxes Im sure Ill be stuck with by the end of this event. Accumlated 5 dragon soldiers.....yeah!!! (sarc)

Yep you're right man...for the prize item, its all indestructible units...

Whats strange (to me) is that the prizes are for 3,5 and 7 boxes. I got the first strike unit in conjunction with my 9th warhead.

It can be done! 10 nukes...and the following:

4x - $60,000
3x - 100 Valor
3x - Anti aircraft cannon 5/14
3x - Heavy artillary 14/9
3x - Ally
2x - Explosive expert 12/4
1x - $300,000
1x - Military police truck 9/20

12 boxes remaining, 1 level up. Did mostly PvP to get boxes. Cash option with 1 gold hit to get nuke #9 and 2 accidental free hits to get 2 sorry's.
