I only have -2% upgrade time.
On my list, every event says "play to unlock a temporary bonus" except the building event. A temp +1 building upgrade would be a complete waste, this is a gift to newer players, and I would bet its permanent.

I don't see how it's permanent when the word boost is in the name, also it's not attached to a unit.
If you click on the? Next to the goal it says it's temporary.
The lvl 10 boost is -4% casualty reduction

If everyone in your faction donated the cost of the upgrade you could purchase the faction boost for much more.
Really shows a complete lack of gameplay understanding by Gree.

For players with Infirmary at level 10 having lots of cash units in their inventory this is a good deal.
Ps. I was hoping for a attack bonus.
While not a great boost, I can us it since I dont really have none. Need to save Growlers somehow. Do we even know if the casualty boost even work?

That answers what level your account is. Yes, for very low level players any unit is probably beneficial.
More temporary units. Gree you will never learn....

We agree on any (good) units is beneficial for new and low level players.
We are talking past each other but saying the same thing.
At low level many will seek any unit that can make their army.
At mid to high level and stats, these units and boost associated will make no appreciable difference in stats. Better to buy tanks for FL this weekend where it would make a difference.
I'm upgrading this building to level 10- can't wait to sell it again. Only after the unit and bonus.
On my one account this unit will add more than 1,5 million to my attack. Not a big difference, but still.
