When you rejoin. If you hit, leave and never go back you get nothing. That's why most of the organized jumper efforts request that you hit and leave immediately and come back later to claim your prize. You get unlimited jumpers to help that way. If Gree really wanted to end jumpers they would address the issue here rather than constantly adding another 2 billion health to the boss each cycle.
So what you are saying is when you jump back in that syndicate to help again you receive the loot item you earned for the previous boss kill?

Word travels quickly. If a syndicate did that they would soon find no one willing to help them.
