Resounding single opinion...I will provide supporting evidence: We ALL just received a modifier that allows us to upgrade two buildings at once. You will never catch up. Not worth coming back IMHO. Enjoy your free time.
What stats??
Don't listen to the negativity here. Just try the game again, either from wherever you left or starting from scratch, and see for yourself. It's still a thinly veiled cash grab event-wise, but the core of the game, fighting, robbing and building your hood, are all the same as ever.

I used to be around lvl 120 with 14mil each and 30mil iph. Don't know if that's any good now
You'll have slipped a long way. It's not hopeless though. Get into a syn that finishes all events and your stats will start jumping up pretty fast. You're still low enough level to get away with it!

Your IPH is pretty good and way better than most at my level or the 180s that I see!
That's a great IPH, defenitly do not restart your account. Your stats are fairly low for your level, but if you get into a decent syndicate that does well in war and finishes EB/RB, your stats will soon start coming into place with your level.
