Some say no LTB some say should have been out and some say Thursday. The fact if the matter is it will be out when it's out if it is to come out... We all know that's how this game works.

New LTB will be out tomorrow..... Rumor is, they went with Montecore's "Blue House" suggestion, but put a spin on it. It's like the red house, but not red, or blue. It's aqua-marine, and it's a low-cost, low-payout building.
