You always start with 100 and regen at 1 per 2 minutes.

PS I have spent no gold so far, ALL my devices have completed indy, finished the faction hold 3/3 node, Just completed 5m deploy a battle goal and on 4/6 of the hold every node goal. Oh did I mention I spent nothing and haven't bought any tanks yet?

The first few times it went around I started with the full 250 deploys.

It started at 100 even back in the Full Assault days. How do I know? Because back then when you can still get in and out of factions during FA, I created dummy accounts, pick up conflict tanks from previous wins, drop 100 on a node, delete account and make new account. rinse/repeat.

I think you had 250 deploys because you logged in when FL started, didn't deploy and when you went back to play for real, you already regen the full 250. Not flaming ya, just letting you know there might be another explanation.
