    not receiving loot items

    like the title says every boss so far is saying im unranked didnt receive any loot

    im definitely doing enough to qualify....

    as if the boss health and reduced time wasnt enough now i cant even complete individual goals sent a ticket but probably wont get a response until next rb

    Some quality advise here.. op send in a ticket and keep bumping it up till you get an answer from a mod.
    Check your inventory to see if your loot is there.. Cc has been known to have a bug or 2

    Just to clarify, is the boss history showing you received a loot item that isn't in your inventory or is it showing up as "unranked" when you think you did enough damage?

    If the history says you're unranked, sometimes the history isn't updated properly, and it might not actually be showing the most recent boss. Also, sometimes you think you did damage with a hit, but due to server updates, the boss was dead before you made your attack.
