All of us have had long waits before. I have been in a guild that was stuck in declare for 36+ hours. Did I get compensation from gree? Nope. Nothing.
They weren't declared and unmatched.. They were unable to declare..GREE finished event on them.. If you'd spent endless gems to get 64 straight wins.. I guarantee you'd all be up in arms and sending endless tickets in..
So, I went to the local electronics store that I frequent and wanted to buy a tablet that cost $499. But only had $400 on my credit card. Would they give me the item if I complained just because I spent $1000 the week before???

Why do people get this angry towards such a game?
I am new here, new to this game as well and all i can say is that customer support is among the worst out there.
I did donated( a bit more than average i could say),i had problems and i needed help. All i got from them,after numeros days sa sa big nothing!
Then a friend showed some silly glitches and this game became lame!(to boring)
Piece of advice to most of you guys:
Dont bother with a game that is bad developed and the customer support is not there!

Wait... they complained they didn't have enough time to get the award? But they got in 65 wars in? WTF if they didn't lose the first 1 they would have gotten it right!? Soooooo they did have enough time. This is total BULLSH*T every guild was is the same boat. Gree should award EVERYONE with the 65 win unit in this case. lmao ridiculous.
Nope, but if I was spending that kind of cash regular in a store like that, I would expect to be able make some deals with them. Never known a wholesaler or supply company not give deals to their bigger clients.

FiB had time to do 65 wins, they failed. They shouldnt get the prize. Did RK get the prize?
Fib quite often get allowed to do as they wish. A large percentage of there accounts are transferred and sold, yet gree allow that.
I had a LTQ pulled from my game 1hr before it finished before because I lived in Europe, I had 2 hits left and the prize was 7% alliance attack. Gree didn't award me the prize. Just goes to show that gree do give preferential treatment to certain people.
Any guild that had 62 wins in a row or more was eligible for the prize based on responses from gree I have seen.
I dont agree with that, but its how it was done.
Yes GREE helps only the whales, i missed the first 12h bonus unit by 2 min as the game crashed and i had to reinstall, the answer was sorry.
