I hitted boss only 3 times and got 3 rewards same reward and im on 1/15 individual mission .

It's called probability. I've had the same item 3 times in a row tons of times. I'm more concerned about the insane boss health

i would add it is called Gree's probabilities.. Lol
Actually, that can happen.. however, the probability that you get 3 same prizes in a row is not very high,considering there are 15? Prices available?
That can only happens with gree's programs.

i have been playing scratcher every day for more than 2 years and only have gotten 5 images one time...

And during epic boss i got the same prize 25 times or more, of course the lowest one.

This is not very unlikely at all. Yes, completing the event is very, very unlikely.

You got that right! You always get to where you need 1 more item!! Unless you spend 1000 gold you will probably never get it.

Well what SHOULD happen is that once you collect a certain item, it gets checked off the list & you can't get it again.

I have 8 of a certain item already...ugh!

I don't recommend hitting on bosses. It's a sure way to get yourself fired. Or promoted.
