nope..first time heard of this. all of us have 4 hits
Maybe you thought you were full an might have been close to full happens me sometimes if I look full an try a PA but cant

Everyone is different, depending on their health regen modifiers.
Starting out the norm is to get 4 full hits in, but like referenced earlier if you are a tiny sliver from full you won't get 4 in... sometimes it can look full.
