8.34bil health.... Where the F is their common sense?
And begun immediately following a battle, which requires the same health. Syns are locked, and how many of use are at full health at the end of a battle?
Yeah, this is pretty ****ing bananas.
Starting right after was pretty lame but the health is good it is difficult but not impossible and if everyone can finish what's the point.
I don't know why everyone thinks they should be able to finish it ...elite should mean elite.. It's almost like rewarding kids sports teams for showing up....BULLSH1T

They shouldn't be ... If they are something is really wrong....approx 60 players need to do 140m damage...that's one fa for most

Sounds like a activity issue...don't pick apart a post for what fits your crying...man up and drop some bosses
It's not just 100's..Do 8.4bil*25.. now add up every other boss.. lvl95 (now 4bil)*22, lvl90 (1.5 bil)*17 etc etc, THEN factor in the fact that we only have 5 days to complete all the goals.. seem like a lot now?

Not sure why you say "everyone thinks they should be able to finish it". I don't see anyone saying that. I believe that is just a poor assumption. That said, lots of people think the raise in strength is too much, and I agree. Of course elite should be elite, and not everyone should be able to do it. The discussion lies in where the line should be drawn. Is elite for top 10 teams only? Top 25? Top 100? Only Gree can answer that.
I think the problem a lot of people have, is many synds have been able to finish elite level of Raid Boss in the past. Despite those same syndicates continuing to participate heavily, finishing high in wars, doing well in SLTQ's and synd goals of Epic Boss events, those same syndicates are no longer able to finish Raid Boss. I would say many of these are the syndicates ranked 75-200 or so. I certainly understand the frustration of doing pretty much everything right, but then having the formerly achievable goal put out of reach.
The synd I was just playing in falls into that category. We finished RB the past, had gotten stronger all along, but now are borderline able to finish, and only if we bring in tons of jumpers.
That, along with several other problems mentioned here over and over are causing players to leave the game. That in turn hurts the syndicates, causing more frustration amongst other players, causing some of them to leave the game as well.
The first raise in boss health was what broke up my first syndicate, as our top players left for higher rank syndicates and a lot of our other members went inactive. We used to finish Raid Boss before that, and we were ranked Top 400/250.

Can someone post the elite requirements, or direct me to where I can find it.
How many what level bosses to finish the elite?
Requirement are the same as they've always been. It's only the boss health that's changed.

9 lvl 60's
10 lvl 65's
11 lvl 70's
12 lvl 75's
5 lvl 80's
24 lvl 85's
17 lvl 90's
20 lvl 95's
26 lvl 100's
