I can't ever remember them not starting at same time every war since start. End time yes as they can't handle daylight savings time changes

oh to be a smart ass.... 2pm start fine stupid question..... end time I just can not recall if it was 2pm or 3pm
and for those about to say 24hr would be 2pm, this is Gree and I seam to recall them finishing at 3pm before that's all.

Can these health packs be saved for the next war or do they disappear after this war?
If your health is not full you can buy one health pack. If your health is full you can buy zero health packs. So if you buy one, you have to use it before you can buy the next one.
In other words, you can only buy them as you need them and you cannot save any of them for later. Ever.
