People have weapons wich come 30 levels later and are locked !

How is it possible that people with level 26 have 2 x whip chain ( unlock for this itme is at level 55 ! ) and i just see someone with level 27 who has 2 nightvision goggles which get unlocked after you reached level 32

they get it earlier by completing certain level of fight streak. cant remember which round was that but you will get it too if you finish your fight streak. hope this answers your doubts

nvbealone is right! after u do a certain of quest, they will give you the items!

Yes I got a chain whip and goggles for completing fight challenges. A word of warning though. Don't concernteate too much on fight streaks. They will give you masses of XP and cause you to level up far to quickly and then you are really going to struggle on the game! This is the voice of experience talking!
