    Randomly logged on and I leveled up? Gained 2-3k exp without doing anything? Anyone happened to have th
    e same thing occur?

    You must have just finished a random quest that you didn't know about such as build 125 buildings, collect from this building x amount of times, expand your hood x times etc....
