Just a fast hello also to thank you for discussing your ideas on this page.
A forum whereby you people at gree would listen to the normal everyday player instead of those that spend copious amounts on gold purchases! It won't happen but hey, just throwing it out there!! 👍
I am sure I am not the first to point out that discussing politics is a clear voilation of the forums Rules of Conduct.
So that ^^^ being said, a more pertinent use of a 'sticky' would be for the temporary display of Battle/Street Assault Results...since they now occur on a weekly basis...
How about a section that you can post and that everyone can read but only GREE can answer so your not having to deal with Trolls anytime you post a question to GREE
You`d just get people trolling by asking questions straight after you , its a pain in the a55 on here sometimes when you try and ask a question and get the usual 4 or 5 people who think they`re comedians chipping in with answers that help nobody

I think the idea about events would be great. Also a sub forum just for the winners lists would be great. I always find myself having to search and search....

Problem topic? I see people saying they've got a "ticket" how do they do this? Who can tell me where I should post any problems I have?
Go in-game>Bottom right notepad icon>More...>Help>Contact Support (top left)
A 'ticket' is basically just an email sent to GREE player support. You tell them what happened and politely ask for a refund or prize you did no receive etc..
The past 3 tickets I have sent in were for accidental gold purchases and all 3 times I got a refund for my gold.. but I've seen others never get a refund. So a tip for sending in tickets- use proper grammar, ask politely (don't demand anything) and if they still give you the BS response of 'we will look into this issue but unfortunately we can't help refund your gold' ask them why.. I did that the first time they said that and they refunded my gold
