Rare collection box ?

Why do world 28 seem to have a rare collection box but yet no one else does ? What gives lol I want some cool free stuff

Ok so won't let me upload due to size restrictions but the little brown collection box in the left hand screen of ours , well in w28 it has rare wrote above it and those guys are getting some wicked rewards like speed ups boosts and coms etc ???

Its completely random, more than likely once a day, maybe less. I've gotten one in the last 48 hours.

It is a random occurrence I had one today it seems like it gives out epic items. ie: 72hr bubbles teleports I personally got 4 veteran trainings from the rare box
