As the rules in CC differ by level, does that stop it being classed as a game?

the reward is the satisfaction of having it fully maxed out!!! and the same lame defense mod you get at every other level. no grand prize.

I see the cost, upgrade cost, and payout here, but no rewards for leveling or fully upgrading it.
Totally agree. Makes no sence to upgrade if one can't finish it. The output and price is crap. Good for low lvl IPH ppl.
This payback counts for every building. A high lvl building if cheap or expensive will give you a payback in years. Upgrading is just for fun, not for payback.
Not sure what your point is. The reply was to the guy who said he liked the cheap LTB because he can get it to level 9 and donate more.

I have a good IPH at almost 16m so a cheap LTB for once means I will have more income to bank and donate to my syndicate so looking after my members and buy bonuses. Plus my def is slightly lower by a few million than my attack so the rewards will hopefully get it a bit even. Not fussed about recouping the costs of the upgrades it's not like it's mega money. TBH just upgraded a Tsar to lvl 9 and that will probably takes years to recoup and doesn't come with a reward now

these building imo should be something a bit special and priced accordingly . i missed out on loads of them until i could afford them . maybe having two ltbs is a good idea . and its so lazy recycling old buildings !!

Has anyone mentioned the footprint size of this building? I'm waiting for second NC to finish building out -- just need to know if it's another snack attack or fireworks building that takes half a city block, or is it small like the shooter gunshop and tatoo place?
It is the same size as the sports bar.
