Without the published leaderboard available being out yet, it looks like we finished at 212. We are looking for motivated team players to help get us above 150. We have 4 seats open, soon to have more when the syndicates are unlocked. We're pretty laid back. I haven't been here long but have seen no drama. There are no gold expectations, but there are requirements.
1. 20k iph in battle
2. Participation in all syndicate events
3. Grow your iph and stats, but try to level up as slowly as possible (in other words, participate in syndicate events. :-))
4. 3x iph daily
5. External chat app is required with actual communication. Currently we use GroupMe, but are considering a change to Line.
Only officers will declare battle and we battle on a schedule. The syndicate leadership is very open to suggestions for improvement, so you wont feel like you're a face in the crowd.
Stats are important. If your stats are weak you may not get a seat. That said, your participation is more important than your vulnerabilities. Our sister syndicate is a top 50, and this one is used for recruitment. Play well enough and you may be called up.
