Can you get duplicate prizes for complete easy, normal, prestige or masters level with two factions? Do the wrapper prizes for the duplicate prizes stack?

From what I was told, No you can't. I never tried though.

If you've previously completed a faction level (easy, normal, prestige etc) with a faction you will NOT receive the prize again, including valor with another faction.

I have tried to get the same reward from multiple factions. The system will tell you that you got it, but in the end your inventory does not change.

Bottom line is you only get each level reward only once.
