Eat your vegetables, drink your milk and have plenty of protein everyday. Make sure you don't skip leg day and have at least 2 days of rest time each week. In a matter of weeks you should start to see yourself growing up without the pesky gold bills

Build iph most importantly and dont do anything until lv 25. After uve built a good iph, then u can work on stats.

Don't just turn your brain off and follow somebody else's idea of the perfect build.

Build your IPH and try not to level up to fast.

You can camp for a while and collect some units and can focus on building your IPH.

thxs, and what do u think about buying 1 maxed faction, like SUP only wins, i heard than its just around 300-500 $$$
you think its a good deal to spend that much to grow faster?

Faction boosts do help (as do any boosts) but you need to have the units to get the full advantage.
You will grow if all the boosts are maxed so this is an option.
What level is your account at and what is your att and def ?.

Another option is buying a composite building which will increase you defence.
