So in real life we all have our bank accounts other wise this game would not be running.
So why not add another real life feature and have interest earned on the money we have in our CC banks.
Yes i know the bonus of banking is that no one is then able to steal that cash for you, but for all the savers out there this could potentially be a good idea and be a better mod than some of the others we are seeing and might be a refreshing change.
In real life the DEA/ATF would freeze your account and you'd never be able to touch it. Unless you're dealing in banks willing to defraud the government to launder/hide your money. For that you pay a fee. Please stop trying to analogize to real life. It's a game, and a game requires balance. If the banks paid even a small amount of interest, income from interest would soon outstrip even the highest payout buildings, and there would be no robbing/attacking.

I See Dipstiks point here i was more thinking along the lines of something weekly or every cycle, an avg of the account balance and then an interest rate that was something low like 1%
