When i attack someone on my mini it shows my attack as 9.4m, but on my profile it shows it as 11.8m.
Any idea why?

If you are on android there is a dislplay issue where it shows your stats as they would be with all your allies, but if you are less than level 100, you can't bring all your allies into battle. Because of this the stats on your profile page are inaccurate. To find out real stats just have a faction member on iOS check for you. Hope this helps
Would think this would be the likely culprit.
Because if you completed a certain couple events, or placed in WD, you get to bring extra units into attacks but not raids, I have an extra 190 million when I attack but not raid.

First are you attacking or Raiding (as some multipliers only impact your ability to attack and not raid)
Next you have to know what bonuses that your opponent has that might possible take away from you

Attacking and every person i attack my stats are the same.
OK that seems correct. I have been getting my allies to 500 using VIP so we will see when i do get to 500. i only have 423 right now
there are boost units than take allies from u

I don't think there are boosts that take allies away from you...
The -3 alliance size reduction is a bonus that helps you when YOU attack and it subtracts 3 allies (up to 18 units) from your rival. This mod doesn't do anything when it comes to your stats, only comes into play when ATTACKING
