Top 250 prize for Zimbabwe WDE?

Sorry if someone has already created a thread for this but I thought I'd bring it up just incase. So what I am wondering about is that the Top 400 reward for Zimbabwe Zeta Mission is the ZDF Mobile Railgun, which gives a bonus of +3 Alliance Size Increase. But then the next tier up at Top 250, there is the ZNA Demolitions Officer, which gives a bonus of -3 Alliance Size Reduction. Both of those are the same bonus right? So why is the Top 250 prize a negative bonus? All that does it counter the bonus of the Top 400 prize. It's like the Top 400 and Top 250 bonuses don't even exist because they just cancel eachother out; unless of course you get top 400 but not 250. Anyways, I just thought maybe we could see some kind of clarification on that bonus or a change so that they don't cancel like that. Thanks.

The top 250 one makes your opponents alliance size decrease by 3.

Ahh okay, thanks for clearing that up. That makes sense now.
