Question about alliance +% boost

Does the alliance % boost affect the raw stats of a unit, or the stats with a boost?

Ex.

I have a sea unit that has 10 attack. I also have +50% sea attack. I get a +5% alliance boost.

Does this mean the attack added is 5% of 10, or 5% of 15?

All Boosts impact Base Numbers

So your Boosts will stack with the raw numbers but now with each other

All boosts apply to raw stats only. It does not compound on boosted stats. So in your example, each and every percentage boost is calculated on the 10 stat.
