I would click home and reload the map, instead of staring blankly at a screen for 15 minutes. that being addressed, your claim is BS in the first place since the npcs move in random direction and disperse relatively quick. Good try though.

Agree, its silly how many people there are walking around like tourists getting in the way.
The mess of NPCs at shoreline has been going on for a long time and Gree has not done anything about it because it brings them a teeny-weeny bit of more gold when people accidentally hit the wrong target...
For some reason on Droid, NPCs on busy maps start to march in a line or cluster. Probably just an extension of the many Droid CC "oddities" (to be polite).
<--Definitely, shoreline and artists quarter are the worst but I'm sure it's by accident that these are continually overloaded while sparsely inhabited maps are left so. Certainly not a cynical gold grab via encouraging incorrect target selection
