Video Gold not working
Is anyone having this problem, i have watched over 10 videos and have received absolutely no Gold.
Im not reaching the daily limit, they just keep playing but over 5 hours now and still no gold and no pop up screen saying i have received it either.
I am using an iphone.
I've had issues with the videos today. After watching the video the screen just lags and freezes and never reaches the "you got 2 gold" part.
Same here on 2 different Android devices

Yeah I watched 3 videos and didn't get gold from any of them....game would basically just freeze everytime.
Can you tell us if this is through TapJoy or Adcolony? Thanks.

I assume its tapjoy, Very first button that says watch video offers.
Tadaaah, I am accessing these videos from within the game. I click on gold, click on video offers, and watch videos. I don't know if these are released from Tapjoy or Gree, but it is within the game, not using a separate app.

I have the same Problem today. I watched 8 Videos and didnt get any goldIts Adcolony who give the videos please check it

My wife has one character on ipad, one on android.
None received 2 gold for any of the videos we watched.
yep experienced this from in game videos on both Andriod & iOS...
watched 4-5 vids on all 5 accounts and nada...
As others have said, Droid just spun at the you've earnt 2 gold screen

I've written Gree a few times on this. They evidently don't care about people not getting Free gold, because otherwise they're not spending money to buy their gold. I've written three times and got no reply on the video gold at all. iPhone says I've reached the daily limit every time I try, I was able to get it regularly before. iPad sometimes I watch three or four videos and get nothing
Tap joy here. I opened a ticket. Watched 10, got 2 gold on iOS.

Android is through adcolony and I don't get videos for weeks on end, and it freezes up without paying gold
