Incorrect Amount of Gold Under the Gold Purchase Pgm

Anyone else not receive the correct amount of gold for your Jun Purchases? I received a tier 1.5 type reward when it should have been tier 3. Submitted a ticket on 4 Jul 14, received a verification e-mail for my request only to see that it has been wiped from the system as if I never submitted one. This is not good for business GREE.
