sorry i have no exact details but think on the last maps you will find it. sometimes if i need a lvl up i go this way.

2. Level to stats ratio you speak of are only relavent if you enjoy the syndicate wars which I do not.
3. Only care about collecting high payout LTB and increasing IPH. So why not increase my level to get the coolest building around.

More likely, you simply want to be a drone for your syndicate and create a level 250 account with maximum energy as quickly as possible but each to their own.

As the rules in CC differ by level, does that stop it being classed as a game?
