Replacing an inactive GM

Our GM and sentinel have been inactive for 3+ months. We currently have no champion. We are only two left in a max level guild and missing only a few bonuses to be capped for the bonuses. We don't want to quit the guild we built for over a year. Is there any way to remove the GM?

We put in a ticket with screenshots to show that the GM had been inactive in EBs, Arena, Gold donation etc. We were asked to provide his friend code, name, name of our alliance, etc. Once they determined the GM was truly inactive, they activated the next oldest officer as GM. Voila, all done.

It took them 2-3 days to reply to the ticket at first; it was right after a war. But once they replied, it went swiftly from there. Good luck!

I guess you can contact GREE to change the gm. But i don't know if they are able to as i didn't try it before

To all those with this issue,

Send ticket to gree, state GM has been absent. I sent a pick of last epic boss and arena tournament GM participated in. They were actually very helpfull and gave the most senior active member the GM position. +1 for gree on this issue.
