[Reimbursement] Building Upgrade Overcharges

It just happened today, I submitted a ticket.

The compensation which was issued was for in-game cash only. After the issue where extra gold is charged for instant upgrades has been fixed, we will address the matter of possible compensation.

Hi as your fixing this problem another started which is the free video gold. This has been down for over a week. Please fix, I speak for several players, not only do I purchase gold, but we all get a fair share of gold when watching videos. Can you give us a time frame to when this problem will be fixed. I did not get a single dollar. Months ago I sent a ticket about it taking extra and was told to go take a running jump. Now apparently you have issued the refunds but I haven't seen a dollar. Not surprised. Would of been the first time you guys got something right

All credits have now been issued. The fix for the incorrect upgrade costs is in version 4.2 for both platforms.

If you believe that the issue has not been resolved, please send a ticket to the Support Team. Include in your message screenshots which show your total bonuses, and the Upgrade screen which shows the cost of the building upgrade.

I disagree it's not solved.

I did not receive a reimbursement for overcharged buildings and upgrades from non-functioning cement plant. Admin said this happened already. I didn't see a pop up or extra monies deposited in my account.

If Gree submitted credits through in game cash for over charging on upgrades, I should have recieved a windfall of $8-10 billion....I have not got anything.

So when should we be seeing this credit?

Don't hold your breath, support claims it's working and gave me a whole 80 mil for my reimbursement, despite the fact that the bug cost me billions

I still don't see any extra cash on my vault. and i upgraded a lot while error was happening. i should have at least an extra couple billions in there.
