I have 23 that I would be willing to sell you.
Maybe if everyone had gotten more time between raid bosses, there wouldn't be these folder shortages that everyone's facing.

Here is an idea... Earn them like you are supposed to.
Or I could buy them, which would help another faction buy bonuses, and save me the xp/leveling while actually giving me a use for my IPH.
Your obviously not in too much of need for folders. I had 23 and haven't heard a word.

I have 165 folders between 2 accts and my faction could really use the cash.
