I'm on android and during rb, it's very difficult for me to play cc...
1. unable to donate uzis/bricks/cash
2. unable to visit rival hoods
3. unable to load syndicate

Try reinstalling the game during RB or clearing data for the game to get rid of some of the lag.

Clear data once every day of RB and most of your problems will be fixed. Sure, it's still a lil slower than usual but it's as near playable as it'll ever be..

Try installing a speed booster app, and run that before opening cc. There are plenty of free speed booster apps out there.

Raid Boss is one of the events i (still) like in CC. During this Events i re install the game sometimes 3-4 times so it runs ok.

The only 2 events i used to enjoy in this game are the PVP Leaderboard Showdowns and the RBs.
The lags sucked the fun out of the RBs, and the PVPs were cancelled for no reason and without any explanation. Some would say FC/TaW are the reason for the cancellation, since it was the only event where they used to lose.

Get a better Android device, I have 4 Android devices, all play just fine, galaxy s5, dell venue 7 and 8, and lg g-pad

Hmm, do these actually work or do they just install spyware?

Or if they do work do they shorten the life of the device by making it work harder?

Just dubious by nature!
