Loading Game Screen Problem

I need help from any Mod here please, its been more than 15 days since i sent support tickets (#1759471 and #1776926) with all info needed. where i stuck in loading game area. i tried everything is possible to do from uninstalling the game to waiting for long time for a hope to move on from that loading screen but nothing work so far i even updated the game to latest update is available. please look into the problem asap.
