No, they'll tell us that they'll work on the problem and will try to fix it for the next event. Btw, I'm not too sure that the problem is not created intensionally. Less folders people have the more folders will be bought with gold.
Folders are dropping normally, i get 70-80% drop rate from the marine veteran on Docks

Plenty of folders here. Gotta hit the right targets to get them though. Maybe that's your problem?

No problems with folder drop rates , this game has plenty of things wrong but folder drop rate is not one
Ya there is no issue...
I've collected nearly 800 folders. i'd say its dropping A-ok.
