This is the other question i've got.....all the other building upgrade time boosts I have are -??% not +??% .....is this a glitch or is this on purpose to see if we are paying attention?

Y'all are right. A minor typo that could cause some major headaches! Thanks for the quick catch. That should definitely be -10%. Teams are working towards a fix. We'll update you on ETA if today or later.

Well if we aren't seeing it on our devices here and you would like us to see what you are seeing, then providing more information is helpful. We are seeing it as -10%, so we're confused as to what you are seeing. Hence, the screenshot.
