Clarification on the 24 hour Battle For Empire City Event 6/27-6/28.

We loyal members would really like a little information on this upcoming event. The rumors are running high. Is is a small scale Battle like this previous weekend? Is is a new name for a syndicate leaderboard PVP event? It would be really useful to predict what is needed to compete. Most syndicates have 60 members and they are all asking questions. Without proper information it makes it hard to know what to expect. I know many of these types of requests fall on deaf ears, and this thread will be full of trolls and bashers, but please help us loyal fans of the game properly prepare and coordinate. Thanks in advance for your help...(Tadaaaah)?

P.S. Hiding a PVP event (with a mysterious title) will not create more activity. Also hiding a battle event will not help increase gold spending. However, some level of transparency and communication on a NEW event WOULD on the other hand probably create some interest!

So it's just going to be a 24 hour version of the existing war events? Exactly the same but shorter? That sounds as fun and interesting as sticking an ice pick under my own toenail.

No chance this is the Street Assault event? I know, it should be obvious enough that it isn't actually called "street assault" in the event schedule, but I wonder anyways. You never can know for sure with some of the things in this game.

As it is a 23 1/2 hour event will there be a start time stated? Is it the same start time as the other wars? Noon PST? Are the prizes in the "rewards" tab of the Battle For Empire City window accurate, and are they for this event? They all have names associated with the upcoming Battle for Little San Juan...so probably not. Tadaaaah can we please have a little more information than a 2 sentence response?

Its about a 23.5hour war. It starts as usual at 11AM PST (Gree time), and the last declare can be done 1h01 from end (so 9h59AM the next day), and the battle last 30 minutes, ending event around 10h30AM the next day, unless it takes a full 30 minutes to get matched.
