If i parse it, unless you're speaking philosophically, or poetically, the same worm eaten by a bird is not the same worm that later devours the bird, though it is true that most dead things are eaten by worms, and the cyclical truth of bird eat worm, worm eat bird is kinda neat. The current system sucks. Not sure I have enough info on Flat Tax to trust it, but I'll try anything once!
