Island Annihilation - Top 3 Prizes - GREE is this a mistake?

Was looking at the prizes for next war.... GREE ? Is this correct? Please confirm.

1st - A mere 2% Epic Boss attack increase ( haven't noticed a bit of difference from the last award like this) boss strength increase outpaces any attack bonus.....

2nd - -1% Health regen time??? Wow a 1minute improvement? That's 15 second less wait per single hit.

3rd - 10% conquest attack... Better than the first two but can only be used in conquest events.

Are their typos? Should to be 20% & 10% respectively?

I think its great, this way the gap between Top 3 and the rest of guilds does not widen this war. Great call Gree.

But i doubt its smart to punish your biggest spenders anyway.
