So When I was visiting my mobsters yesterday I scrolled to the bottom of the list and saw that it said something about henchmen. It looks like I have 1 henchman for every hundred mobsters. Does anyone know if henchmen have any impact on the game?

They're the free mafia members you get from goals and mastery and such.

well u should definitely make them special instead of just filling numbers. they should be automatically equipped with at least rocket launcher?

It is not 1 Henchman for every 100 mafia members, i am lvl 53 have 650 friends and have 26 henchman.
I did a lot of jobs on the maps i did level all maps till West Side up to the max of 5 and so i did get a lot of free henchman i guess!

Level 44, 500 mafia members and 35 henchmen. given 1 when certain tasks have been completed.
keep having to delete a mafia member each time I get rewarded a henchman.
I think it might be a reward from the fighting streaks.

Did Funzio ever put anything out on the Henchman officially? I have 1047 members with 71 Henchman. Is there anything we can do with them or are they just there?
Plux or one of his fans made some cryptic comment about how henchmen are better.
Maybe they could elaborate.

They are "just there", but having more henchmen means you can have fewer real players in your mafia, and more real players on your rivals list.

Yeah, but still valid and still nothing more has been done with Henchmen.
I have 83... working on 84. Never got one from the events, thankfully. (Just jinxed myself for the upcoming event.)
